I loved this pizza! I just added tomato slices and thinly sliced onions. It was a hit! Just don't forget to make the ingredients high quality because you are working with so few. yum!

My daughter is not a big fan of red sauce so this recipe intrigued her. She also LOVES garlic so we decided to try this pizza. It was delicious. Luckily I found the garlic flavored oil because it made all the difference. We also added grilled chicken which turned out to be a great topping. Even my wife, who usually doesn't like white pizza, loved it. Next time we'll add spinach or broccoli. Thanks, Claire.

I rarely eat pizza but this one really hit the spot. I'm not a big fan of pizza sauce so this was perfect. Garlic oil makes a big difference so if you don't have it, I'd add chopped garlic instead. I use only half of the recommended cheese and it was enough for me. I also added a couple more ingredients - tomatoes and basil, they worked perfectly! Make sure you have good dough, since there aren't many ingredients you really want to make sure the dough is yummy. This is a great, simple but delicious recipe with lots of room to play around with more ingredients!

This was great! I used premade pizza crust and plain olive oil with crushed garlic.

THE BEST white pizza I have ever made. Nice balance of flavors. No oily pools. Fresh oregano a must!

I just made the salad & pizza for dinner & they were amazing. Two critical things... you have to use the garlic olive oil (I didn't have any so made my own by steeping three garlic cloves in 1/2 cup of olive oil over super low heat for a half-hour & you need to season the top of the pizza well. I was afraid I was oversalting & overpeppering, but it turned out perfectly. I made the salad exactly as stated; added toasted pine nuts & a little fresh basil to the finished pizza. I'll definitely make this combo again.

One thing I love about Claire Robinson, is that many of her recipes are springboards to other recipes. She gives you lots of basic techniques, and then you can get creative, and make the recipe how you like it. This pizza is a perfect example! The recipe as it is written is yummy (I just added salt and pepper. The next time I made it, I used a ready made crust, added several varieties of cheeses (buffalo mozzarella, fontina, Parmesan and added in fresh thyme, basil parsley and lemon zest. I can think of about 20 other varieties to this pizza I want to try. This is a great, basic white pizza recipe that can be whipped up in no time at all.

Saw the episode and just had to make it. I didn't have fresh oregeno on had, so I made it with dried oregano....still very good. As one other reviewer mentioned, the ricotta did not spread out very much, so next time I will make my dollops of ricotta a little smaller. All in all, a very good pizza.
