My family absolutely loved this recipe! Followed it exactly and it was beautiful, tasty, healthy and I felt so happy to eat it! I forgot to follow the suggestion of putting some crumbled goat cheese on the top. Next time I won't forget! It'll take it over the top! Thank you for a keeper recipe!

Salad dressing was good, but a little tart. The fennel took away from the salad. I wouldn't put it in if I make this salad again. It would be better with poppy seed dressing.

Delicious. I left out the fennel because I don't like it and couldn't find white balsamic so used regular balsamic and I bought the kind of almonds from the store in the salad section that are already toasted and flavored. I think they were called honey almonds. I could have eaten a ton of it!

When I put this salad on the table, immediately my family commented on how beautiful it looked "Looks like Christmas" was one comment. When I tasted the salad I really could not decided if it was a salad or dessert! Absolutley delicious! This will become a family standard.

This salad is delicious, easy, healthy and was a huge hit at tonight's dinner! The white balsamic reduction was delicious. Will definitely be making this again and again!

I couldn't find arugula so used romain hearts. The white balsamic vinegar was amazing when reduced. Our family loved it.
