Deelish! This recipe is a keeper. A bit too sweet (hence 4 stars and not 5 but perhaps the sugar helps hold them together. Be sure to use crunchy all natural PB - others are too runny. Don't skip the salt sprinkle on top. It adds that wonderful sweet & salty combination. Can't wait to experiment with thumbprint jelly version or adding dark chocolate chips. Try these - you won't be sorry!

When I found the recipe, I had no idea how good it can be. Not sure I will ever make another recipe of Peanut Butter cookies again. These are by far the best I have ever eaten and probably the easiest. Took them to work and everyone loved them! After reading reviews i did cut back on sugar and added some baking soda. so easy and sooooooooo good.

I made these delicious cookies last night because we were out of GF flour. They were a big hit my husband And I devoured them, there are 4 left! I have celiac disease and have been Gluten Free for over 2.5 years, these are, the easiest and tastiest peanut butter cookies I have made yet. I added a handful of chocolate chips, yummy!

This recipe was SO easy and they turned out wonderfully! I only used a little under 3/4 cup of sugar, but kept everything else the same. I drizzled a little honey on top of them after baking, which tasted delicious. I can't wait to try these with a Hershey's kiss on top!

I LOVE THESE COOKIES! Definitely all peanut butter taste! I just made them with soy butter instead of peanut, and also substituted 1TBS Flax Meal with 3 TBS water for the egg. Topped with a few butterscotch chips to sweeten them a little...yum! Very natural tasting!

These cookies, after following careful instructions, came out of the oven, cooled and still looked like raw cookies. Cooled, tasted and they were grainy and overly sweet, albeit they did have a strong peanut butter taste. I would not recommend them.
