Just baked this today and it was DELICIOUS!!! I reduced sugar to 3 quarters of a cup though because I added some chocolate morsels....yummy! Soo easy to make. Will make this again soon because I have a lot of peanut butter in the pantry that might expire soon. Thanks Claire!

This recipe tastes like the original peanut butter cookie made with flour. This recipe is great for gluten and lactose intolerent people. Looking for more recipes like this. Also make baked goods for egg, nut, and milk allergy people.

These were so easy and I didnt have to buy any ingredients! I made them for my aunt who is on a gluten free diet and she loved them. Everyone else in my family loved them also, even though they aren't gluten free. Next time I will try added chocolate chips.

the texture was different for a cookie, but still really good. they're really peanut buttery, and sort of flaky/crumby. also, I used half regular peanut butter and half crunchy peanut butter and the extra peanut texture is really nice.
