Oh my goodness! These are the best peanut butter cookies I have ever tasted! The natural peanut butter is truly what makes it so good, and the sea salt on top just makes the whole thing pop in your mouth! I will definitely be making these again - SO easy and SO good!

Great cookie, the texture was really good. I used palm sugar to lower the GI a bit since I'm diabetic, the no flour was what attracted me to them. Threw in some chopped peanuts and a handful of coconut and put the salt in the mix instead of on top, really satisfying when you want something sweet! I think next time I will put in a little less sugar, they were REALLY sweet but that might just be the palm sugar. Try them, so easy to make and just one bowl!

Ridiculously good. It took every bit of willpower for me not to eat the whole batch. Easy, quick and delicious.

I just got done making these and they are great. Super easy and taste wonderful! Very hard to tell they only use four ingrediants. I made peanut butter chocolate chunk and almond butter.

This was real easy to make and is best tasting recipe I have had. I have to stay away from sugar and limit my sodium for health reasons. So I did substitute Splenda for the sugar, 1/2 cup equals one cup of sugar. I also litely sprinkled ground sea salt instead of course to control the sodium.

We the GF people of the world salute you! It's a wonderfully simple recipe. Made this quite a few times now. Everyone, especially me!, loves them. I cheat though and use regular PB which works fine. Added about 1/4 cup mini chips, or white chips, topped with kisses too. All worked great. Going to make a batch now. Thanks again! A devoted fan!
