We the GF people of the world salute you! It's a wonderfully simple recipe. Made this quite a few times now. Everyone, especially me!, loves them. I cheat though and use regular PB which works fine. Added about 1/4 cup mini chips, or white chips, topped with kisses too. All worked great. Going to make a batch now. Thanks again! A devoted fan!

Easy, great, quick recipe! I used brown sugar instead of white sugar and only used 1/2 cup since my GMa doesn't like really sweet desserts. The sea salt adds a great balance but I think i am going to add it in the mix instead of on the top the next time.

Absolutely delicious. Chewy and full of peanut butter flavor. Quick to make and quick to bake. I agree that you have to be diligent and not over cook them. All in all a great recipe.

Great! The easiest cookie ever. My husband and I ate them all in one evening. I think I better make a batch for the fridge and cook only a few at a time.

These were delicious! The natural peanut butter is IMPORTANT! it makes it taste so much more like peanuts! And the salt on the top, genious! It is a small bite of salty in so much sweet, and they are REALLY sweet!

I was reluctant to try these, but my husband thought they looked good, so I did, and to my surprise they are really good, and really peanutty. I used a small ice cream scoop, and packed in the dough, and no crumbling like I thought may happen. EASY!
