I just pulled these bad boys out of the oven and cannot even wait for them to cool! Yum!

Magic. Pure peanut butter magic. I wasn't looking for a flourless cookie but when I saw all the stars from reviewers, it spiked my interest. I am GLAD I checked it out. I jumped right in and made a triple batch and they are wonderful. I've never tasted a more peanuty cookie. Husband just took a large plate of them to his den. Glad I made plenty. Try them. You won't be sorry.

Very tasty cookie soft and crunchy at the same time. I used brown sugar, added about a 1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut and half cup of chocolate chips.

Could not believe it. These are great. I'm going to try adding chocolate chips to the next time. Friends could not believe it either. They are better without flour, you can really taste the peanut butter. I made my own peanut butter as well.

Good sweet fix. Rich and moist. My son and my father chomped them down quickly.

I'm an avid baker. I thought these cookies were too goo to be true because of how simple and they were. They were flat and essentially just tasted like firm peanutbutter with some sugar. Major disappointment - my search for the perfect cookie continues.

These cookies were the best! And adding flaked salt just made it even better. Also, my 11 year old son can make these cookies with minimal assistance. Thanks Claire!
