These were the fastest, easiest, and one of the yummiest cookies I've ever made. I made them for my friend at work who has Celiac disease she loved them and so did everybody else. They all wanted the receipe!

This recipe is very easy to make, and very tasty. I used a natural peanut butter. I did add one tbsp. of wheat flour to mine. It adds just a touch of stability to the cookies. I have a diet in which I cannot have most desserts but this cookie I can have and feel good afterwards. Thank you.

These cookies were simple and easy to make, they were delicious! For the fifth ingredient i added chocolate chips since peanut butter and chocolate is a great combination.

I have just made a batch of these cookies, in fact another batch is in the oven as i type.
I had read a lot of the reviews, but was still sceptical about how they would turn out. I must admit i was amazed at the end product!!
They look like biscuits (i'm from England and taste fantastic, they were enjoyed by all.
They were so simple and quick to make, now it's time to try them with all different butters.
If you think about it, when we make flourless cakes we usually use some kind of ground nuts instead of flour, and that is a kind of flour, so they would turn out ok...

Some of the best recipes are the easiest ones. This recipe is a prime example. It doesn't yield many cookies, but they are rich, and the recipe is easily doubled. I made the basic recipe as written, except I made each cookie with 2 tsp of dough (the size of my OXO cookie scoop instead of 1 tbsp and baked them for 8 minutes instead of 10. That way, I got 27 medium-sized cookies instead of 18 large ones. They came out perfect: tender but sturdy enough to have some character, and not dry at all. The sprinkle of coarse salt on top was a brilliant touch.

These cookies are killer easy to make and sooo good! I put the CookingShorts twist on them by dipping them on chocolate.
