My milk has a new best friend. I added mini dark chocolate chips to half of the batter and kept the other half normal, both were so so very good! HINT: I rolled them all in sugar before flattening them with the fork and that gave them the perfect texture and slight crunch on the outside with a nice gooey flaky yummy peanut buttery goodness. I am so very glad to have this recipe! Clare said that you can also use almond butter, Im going to try this next!

These were amazing! I was a little skeptical, but they really delivered. They have a pure peanut butter taste and actually held together really well. I am a fan!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I made these immediately after watching the episode. I added dark chocolate and used brown sugar instead of white because it was all I had on hand, but it made them so good!! They tasted like a Reese's Cup! The salt on top was PERFECT! Sweet and Salty always go hand in hand. Plus, they are so easy to make!! Love this one Claire!

Excellent!! Who knew with not using flour!!! I add mini choc chips and then felt like the dough should chill (since I was cooking our main dish in the oven already. When I pulled out after 1.5 hours the dough was flakey and dry so I ended up adding an extra egg. The cookies turned out great though but I think you should bake right away after making the dough. I added kosher salt to the top and I loved it but my daughter commented that they were too salty. Great recipe!!!

Very tasty, except for the fact that the underside of the cookies burned, due to placing them on the bottom 1/3 rack. Why did you give those instructuions? All was great before that. CB

This is the exact recipe they showed on Food Network. I watched the episode and immediately went online to look up the recipe. When I made them they turned out great and they are very giving if you want to add something extra like choc.chips. or something. Surprisingly good. Thanks Claire
