this is a great recipe - have had it for years minus the sea salt flakes - try balls of it rolled in sugar and after baking, plop a chocolate kiss on it to make a traditional looking cookie - yummmm

This recipe is simple and tastes great. For my diabetic friends, I substituted Splenda for the sugar. Still great. When is your 5 Fix cookbook coming out? I record your shows so I can review them. I love the simplicity of your recipes. P.S. For the reviewer who got her recipes confused, she used the dark agave syrup in the NUT recipe; not this recipe.

This is a great quick and easy gluten free cookie. I gave ip cookies when I was diagnosed with celiac and this is a great recipe. I love her 5 ingredient dishes. This is the exact recipe she used on the show. The dark agave was for the pecans.

In today's fast pasted world, she does an OUTSTANDING job of providing easy, simply and MOST of the time healthy dishes. I will refer my clients to her show and definitely be interested in purchasing a cookbook. GREAT job. Look forward to your show everyweek now.

I have been making this recipe for years except for the coarse salt and vanilla. My daughter even took First place for the 9-13 year old division with this cookie recipe in the County Fair save for the salt and vanilla. Now she is making this for her own family. Wonderful, easy and sooo good. Easy for the kids to make----one bowl recipe.

This a great recipe! I have been making these for years. Thanks, Claire, for getting it to a wider audience. I've noticed that sometimes the recipes on the Food Network are a little different from the TV show. You didn't switch the pans like in the recipe.

These are great but you must be careful because they are fragile until they are cooled.
