Dang. These are goooooood. I added chocolate chunks, a little salt to the mix (but I'm a huge fan of the salty/sweet, and a bit of macadamia nut oil just to give it some extra moisture. These are rich and dense in the best way possible. And gluten-free is a bonus.

Just fabulous! No one can believe that they are flourless. Made them just as directed in the recipe and they are perfect. Will be making these again!

This is by far the best peanut butter cookie recipe I have ever used!!! I added regular peanut butter and it turned out just fine. I used both white and brown sugar, but next time I think I will only use white because the cookies turned out a little sweet. Also, if you add salt to the batter, then only add a little coarse salt on top or they come out too salty. These are excellent!

Just made these! They are awesome considering no gluten in them. I used 1/2 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup white sugar and they are perfect! I also sprinkled a sugar and sea salt mixture on top and on half put a Hersey kiss on top. Definitely will make these again.

good cookie if you have to avoid flour but I prefer the classic PB cookie...this has a heaviness. I used 2/3 c. sugar and that was almost more than enough....I like the course ground salt on top; I used pink himalayan salt crystals. I used Costco Natural PB and also added a little coconut oil to the mix...they stayed together but they're delicate.

As Rachael Ray would say, Yummo! I don't like artificial sweetners so, wanted to use Stevia instead of sugar but it would have been more expensive; so i used only 3/4 C sugar instead 1C and did not use salt. Thank you Claire.

Delicious! I used Splenda instead of sugar to decrease the carbs. I also substituted Jiffy for the natural peanut butter. Instead of sea salt, I sprinkled a little Splenda on top before baking. YUM!

This cookie was excellent! I can't believe it tasted so good without adding butter and flour. I mixed the salt right into the dough and rolled the peanut butter balls in sugar before baking. Thanks for the simple recipe!
