Delicious! I used Splenda instead of sugar to decrease the carbs. I also substituted Jiffy for the natural peanut butter. Instead of sea salt, I sprinkled a little Splenda on top before baking. YUM!

This cookie was excellent! I can't believe it tasted so good without adding butter and flour. I mixed the salt right into the dough and rolled the peanut butter balls in sugar before baking. Thanks for the simple recipe!

We thought the cookies were very tasty. I have made them several times and have had raving reviews. I used parchment paper and just slid the cookies, while they were still on the paper, off the cookies sheet without any problem with them falling apart. I waited for them to completely cool before moving them onto a plate. Yes, they are delicate... but we love the crispiness and texture of the cookie.

I added a bit of peanut oil (used regular peanut butter instead of natural and compensated for the lack of oil and made a thumb print filling each with chocolate. We loved them.

Yuck. Yes, it was very quick and easy, but tasted like a big glob of peanut butter. I love peanut butter, dont' get me wrong, and I only ever use the natural kind. But it was just TOO much. Didn't sit well in my stomach. Kinda...heavy. I won't be making these again.

Absolutely, the best peanut butter cookies, hands down. My kids loved them and said they are the best they've ever had!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best peanut butter cookies! My kids helped me make them and said they were the best they've had! Don't let the "flour less" discourage you from trying them.
