I am giving this recipe 2 stars because I think it's just okay and the crumbliness of this cookie is very irritating. If you try and move these cookies too early off the cookie sheet, they will completely fall apart. Likewise if you try and adjust them on the plate or the foil and they are not completely cool, they will fall apart as well...annoying and not making again.

i tried this recipe and it was easy, fun and tasty. there was a very easy cleanup. at one point it was messy with adding peanut butter but that's what peanut butter does. it was very easy to spoon the batter. on my first time making this, i thought it would be a mess! the flour less part actually changes the nutrition facts in a good way!i love this recipe.you can also add chocolate chips and peanut M&M's. it melts right in.

Substitute the sugar with 3/4 cup of Splenda add 1/4 cup of flax seed and you have a gluten free, diabetic friendly, low carb, high fibre cookie.

I've had better. They tasted ok. Not my families favorite. They were super easy and fast but we didn't like the texture of the cookie. Too much sugar and the cookie ended up being very gritty. I don't think I would make again. If I did, I would melt the sugar and use less of it.
