Good Recipe.May I suggest a smidge of Marscapone Cheese w/Greek Yoghurt? Will be refrigerated anyway.Keeps too much tang out if children are eating.Taste great even if for Adults, only.Yes, my Nephew's Children will try Anything.Even Jalapeno Chillis.

I was disappointed by this recipe. I didn't think the cucumber did much for the flavor of the salad. I really enjoyed the combination of sweet from the honeydew and spicy from the jalepeno. I love greek yogurt so I would probably make this again with just honeydew and jalepeno. Complimented my curried tuna salad on hot pita well.

Love it! Will definitely be making this again. Did not use the peppers since I didn't have any. Used only 1 cup yogourt (I think, I don't measure. Made it to go with curry chicken, perfect.

Love this recipe, hard to believe that it's cucumber and honeydew melon. I used a greek yogurt with honey in it and it was great. Thanks Claire

The first time I made this the onion was just too much for my family. The next time I made it, I left out the onion, added a mango and used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt and it was an instant family hit!

I also used only 1 cup of yogurt and found it to be just right. Funny, couldn't tell the difference between the cukes and the melon. Guess my melon wasn't that ripe. But a good salad to go with the lamb pita sandwich, which I slathered onto it.
