Though shaving the corn was messy, everyone LOVED this corn! Several people asked for the recipe! Best of all, it was so easy to make!

It was very tastey ~ good smokey flavor like it had been cooked over a campfire! Cutting the corn was quite messy though! I even used a bundt pan to do it like I have seen Guy do. I will make again!

The guys loved it, but as for me in the kitchen it made a huge mess. I hade CORN everywhere. I wish there was a video, cuz I needed some professional help. But like I said, everyone loved it!
