Wow! This granola is great. I made it exactly by the recipe. After it cooled, I added in dried cranberries. Great snack or added to anything that needs an extra crunch! BTW, the cardamon gives it a wonderful flavor! Will definitely add this recipe to my file.

My sister wanted to make this with me but I HAD to try it before she got a chance to help me out...it came out perfect after 22 mins! I used walnuts instead of almonds, cinnamon and ginger instead of cardamom, added coconut, and used light agave, all of which made it fantastic! It made the house smell wonderful and was polished off in no time; this recipe is definitely a keeper!

Loved it! I did add a few more ingredients...dried fruit, walnuts and cinnamon . I also cooked it a little longer but that was my preference. I checked other recipes for granola...Claire's was one of the few I found with no added fat, and I have to say the recipe doesn't miss it or need it. I had the granola with vanilla yogurt and it was yummy! It's already gone so I will be making another batch.

I've made this granola twice since seeing the show Mother's Day wkd and am absolutely in LOVE. Both times I've baked it an extra 5 minutes and the result it crunchy goodness. Like a previous reader said, I'm never buying granola again!

Very easy to prepare! I used all her ingredients plus I added pecan pieces. Delicious too!

I am now making it for a second time; I added a little vanilla and honey as well as a little cinnamon. Even more addicting and delicious! What a great recipe!! Being pregnant, I love finding healthy snacks I can carry with me during the day. Definitely keeps my energy up!!

It's not too sweet which I love and its very addicting. I like to add a good amount of salt to get that salty-sweet contrast. I just eyeballed it- about a dime sized amount of salt in my hand.

This recipe was so easy and quick to make. I doubled it and used the light colored Agave and this granola is so yummy! I can't wait to try it on top of my plain Greek yogurt. Very tasty and simple to prepare.

My first attempt to make granola was a success, thanks to this super easy recipe. I made some minor changes based on my pantry options: I used cinnamon instead of cardamom, light agave nectar instead of dark and I added a few dried cranberries.

After cooking for 20 minutes, the granola was slightly soft. It hardened after just a few minutes out of the oven.

I love it and may never buy granola again!
