This chicken was great for chicken gyros; the acidity of the lemons from the marinade balanced really well with the feta, etc. I will definitely make this again for gyros but can't really see using it as a stand-alone grilled chicken; a little too tart for me on its own.

This made a delicious Valentine's meal for my hubby! The chicken was moist and had a good flavor, although I wish I had added a bit more salt to the marinade. I let the chicken marinade for two full days, and it turned out great. Served it with greek salad and garlic roasted potatoes.

I love this recipe. I've made it at least three times this summer. I do it on the outside grill and finish it outside too by just putting the gas down really low. Very yummy! Switch up the herbs too, it's a freest technique to cooking chicken.

Really easy; really good. I stripped the oregano leaves from their stems, but also gave them a rough chop. Marinated 2 thighs, 2 legs, and 1/2 breast for 24 hours. Since I don't have a grill pan, I crisped/browned the skin in a cast iron skillet (12 min, then turned 'em over and finished in the oven (my temp was higher and didn't take as long as the directions indicate.
I served the chicken w/ Ina Garten's Greek Salad. YUMMY dinner!

So good and so easy! I think the length of marinade is important. The flavor of the grilled chicken combined with the moist texture is a winning combination. The rest of this episode was equally fabulous. This makes a great dinner.

Loved the marinate, I did add a couple of more garlic cloves and a 1/2 tsp of cumin! I prepared it in the morning before going to work and used boneless chicken breasts. It was awesome supper. Thanks Claire!!

This was very good, marinated it for 24 hours. Served this with the tzatziki sauce, and the cucumber & tomato salad, the infused basil olive oil was expensive though, but tasted very good, also had the pita bread with it, I enjoy a lot of Claire's recipes...great chef!!!

This was so good and so easy to do. We only did the marinade 7 to 8 hours, but next time over night for sure. This was amazing. A must try and would recommend this one to all family and friends.
