Love it! It's so easy, delicious and light. I make a lot of Greek food and this one is lighter and more modern than most.

I was also disappointed in the yogurt sauce. I made it for a party and was dismayed at the grey color of the sauce - not very aesthetic. The shrimp is okay but there are much better sauces to choose from. The one advantage would be if you are watching your calories.

First of all cook your Shrimp anyway you like it, boil it, Bake it, saute, or grill it. As far as the Tzatziki sauce , it is not a true Tzatziki sauce, which is a greek sauce, which is made with Yougurt, grated Onion, grated Cucumbers and garlic. It is a very good sauce, you can add the capers if you like, try the sauce this way, I do recommend the Greek Yougurt, if you have ever had a Gyro, that is the sauce, sour cream can also be used...

I tried "grilling" the shrimp on a stove top griddle. Once cooked, they looked nice, but I did not care for the flavor. Next time, I will use the shrimp mixture recipe only grill them on a "real grill". As for the caper tzatziki sauce, I did not care for this at all. I like capers and shallots - but not like this and certainly not in this mixture. The tzatziki sauce simply overwhelmed/overpowered the shrimp. Very disappointed in the sauce.

This was delicious!!! I used the large 16-20 count shrimp and grilled them on my indoor grill pan. They were perfect! The Tzatziki sauce was cool and refreshing on the warm shrimp. Wonderful flavors...I will be making this again and again!!!

If the yogurt sauce was truly the worst thing Laura has ever tasted, she has been very fortunate. At first I did not care for the sauce, but I liked it much better on the shrimp than by itself. My main problem with it was that the shallot was overpowering, and I only used half what the recipe called for. I thought the capers and the yogurt worked really well together, though. If I made this again, I would either decrease the amount of shallot or run it through the food processor--the flavor of the shallot might be less prominent if the sauce was a smooth puree rather than chunky.

Also, reading the reviews below made me happy that I'm not the only person who watches Food Network on the treadmill.

I used my small counter top George Forman grill to cook the shrimp 6 at a time, 2 min. per side (didn't put the top down. I used 16-20 count sized shrimp. The shrimp turned out great but the yogurt sauce was the worst thing I've ever tasted. And I normally eat greek yogurt (flavored or plain. Would not make this sauce again.

The Tzatziki dip is so flavorful. Instead of prawns I used grilled chicken and it was so good. I would add some pita bread if you aren't concerned about getting in Skinny Jeans :
