Too much breadcrumb mixture and not much flavor. Couldn't taste the herbs at all.

We have never eaten much salmon. I have had some bad experiences with dry, fishy salmon. We followed the recipe exactly and it was delicius. Then I had an allergic reaction (I am taking allergy shots. I think the culprit was the tarragon. We are going to make it again and use herbs to which I am not allergic.

Great recipe! I used dry ingredients instead of fresh and panko bread crumbs. Came out pretty yummy.

Definitely enjoyed this recipe! I didn't make the bread crumbs, just used Italian Bread Crumbs instead (about 3/4 cup. Also, used dried dill weed (1/2 tbsp and tarragon (1/2 tbsp. I used a pinch of salt and about 1/8 tsp pepper. It was delicious. Add more dill weed or tarragon if desired based on taste.

It was awesome. I used panko instead of bread crumbs and added parmesan, rosemary and parsley.

This recipe was easy and great! I put my twist of adding garlic, parley, parmesan cheese, and smoke maple seasoning in the breadcrumbs mix. I also seasoned the salmon with more seasoning too when cooking.

Absolutely wonderful ~ I changed the herbs to what I had on hand chives and thyme ~ Everyone loved it!

Excellent recipe. I did not have fresh breadcrumbs, and would agree with Claire Robinson that fresh bread crumbs is the best. However, it still came out very good. That is why I gave it four stars out of five. I ended up cooking it in the oven for 12 minutes because my pieces were very thick.

Super simple to make and fantastic!! My salmon came out perfectly juicy. I made my bread crumbs from leftover bakery buns and whole wheat buns. I used 3 lbs of salmon and served it to 8 people with leftovers to spare. I also served it with her Crispy Goat Cheese salad. Total hit!! Won't be the last time I make this.

The recipe was easy and simple; but unfortunately my fish turned out extremely dry and overcooked. Maybe it's because I seared it and then placed it on the oven, not sure exactly what happened; but if I do make this recipe again, I will only bake it in the oven despite what the recipe says. And also, the breadcrumbs with the butter tasted great, but unfortunately, the dill overpowered everything else, and the meal just turned out to be not as enjoyable as I expected. Anyway, next time, I will try to make it again - and bake it in the oven only, and omit out the dill. Hopefully it will be better the 2nd time!
