OMG! I made these over the weekend for my family and they loved them. I used blueberry and strawberry preserves instead of the jam. They were so easy to make, my family has already put in their orders for this weekend. This is the 2nd recipe I have made from Claire and I am going to try her Chicken Fried Steak this weekend also.

    Great recipe!

I watched Claire make this on her show and she cut two slits into the top middle of the pastry to prevent them from puffing up in order to maintain a toaster strudel shape. I noticed this was missing from the recipe so thought I would share for those that didn't see the program.

Delicious!!! The only change I made was to cut both puff pastry sheets into 9 squares, put a dollop of filling in the center, wet the edges and folded them up into small triangles. They are very rich!!

Really simple and delicious. I used blackberry spread in some and chopped up dark chocolate in the rest. Both turned out great. Definitely try this recipe, it's very versatile.

I don't know if it was the pastery I used or the jam was wrong, but this did not turn out at all! It was a liquidy, runny mess. The pastery was dull and crispy. Overall, this recipe did not work out for me.

Oh my, these were so good, I didn't have any jam on hand so I used strawberry perserves and they were good. The next time I will try something different like VickiVann did, thanks Claire!

Made these today for New Year's Day brunch with the kids and grandkids. They were a complete hit! Made some with strawberry jam, some with Nutella and some with lemon curd. It's really fun to take something as lowly as a toaster pastry and elevate it to something delicious and elegant!

This is AMAZING! When I saw the episode I just knew I had to make it! It's easy but looks like it took you forever to make. I added a handful of fresh blueberries to the jam. Thanks Claire!
