These looked so good on the show, I had puff pastry on hand and was hungry so I made these along with a frittata for Saturday breakfast and they were wonderful! The kids thought they were pop tarts and even my husband, who is an "eggs/bacon, no sweets for breakfast" type of guy, said they were great. I used strawberry jam and it was runnier than preserves, so next time I'll either use preserves or a little more cornstarch. But the flavor of the puff pastry with strawberry and dizzled icing was delicious and it's amazing how simple they were to put together!!

Made these right after watching the show. I used Marionberry preserves. They were so easy and really delicous. A fun, fast, and yummy breakfast treat. I did cut slits in the pastries as Claire did on the show. I'll make these again!

I had some plum jam handy along with some puff pastry so tried these and thought they turned out very well. I'll make them again. Wanted to add that the recipe is missing a step to first cut two or three slits in the top of the pastry before baking, to let the steam out; or the pastries will puff up too much. Claire mentioned this on the show this morning, but the step is missing from the online recipe.
