Amazing, simple, delicious! I made them with ground turkey and they were excellent! We had them for Christmas breakfast on English muffins with cheese and they were so easy...definitely will make again.

These were so good. My sister, who doesn't eat sausage, even enjoyed the patties. Will definitely be making again.

Thought this sausage was GREAT! I had to improvise a little due to the fact that my mom is allergic to onions (so I assumed shallots too. I used 1/4 tsp onion powder and 1/8 tsp garlic powder. They tasted just as good to me. I'll definitely make them again!!!

This is even better than Claire's Turkey Sausage. I will be using this recipe a lot. It's one of those that you have to print out and stick on the fridge. Love this!!

This was the first time I made 'homemade' sausage and it was very good!! I did not use Grade B maple syrup since all I had at home was Grade A but honestly I can not imagine much difference in flavor! These sausages are delicious!!

This cooked up savory pan crusted little medallions that melt in your mouth and engulf your taste buds with the sweetness maple syrup and spiciness of the onion/sage/dijon; all blended in well-balanced, if not perfect, proportions.
