Good- not fabulous, but light, easy and healthy. Added orzo.

I tried this soup this evening but with a few twists. I added carrots, celery, green onions, & no yoke noodles. I also added a dash of cinnamon & parsley. My famiy just loved it. I will make this again. The aroma of lemon & cinnamon in the house was wonderful. Next time I will try it with rice instead of noodles. Thank you & God bless you. :0

This is an excellent dish. I was not feeling well . . . and sitting on sofa watching Food Network and this recipe was being aired. I had been wanting chicken soup for about a week and when Claire created this recipe, I knew I had all the ingredients! My kids and husband loved it. Thank goodness, I have an herb garden because that fresh Tarragon chopped into the lemon broth gave it that comfy earthy feeling too. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

Loved this light soup! Perfect for spring exactly as is! If you want something heartier, add some quinoa or barley or a similar grain! Will definitely make this again soon!

Lovely and light twist on a classic broth and not really tart at all but tangy, bright and refreshing. I am actually making this now without the tarragon, which I find has a really strong flavor...as a "lemon chicken broth" to use in recipes for pasta sauces and cooking vegetables. It goes especially nicely with cauliflower and broccoli. Check out this other unusual but flavorful twist on Chicken broth - look for the "brown chicken broth" recipe on chickenbrothrecipes dot com

This turned out to be no where near as tart as I was expecting after reading other reviews. For me it had a great lemon flavor and the tarragon does pair very nicely with it. Even my boyfriend who doesn't particularly like lemon didn't find it too tart. The reason we only gave it 3 stars is just wasn't the "wow" soup we were hoping for. I added some acini de pepe to give it a little more depth. I like the broth and will probably make it again some day, but add some more veggies to it.

The broth was beautiful. I think maybe making some adjustments to the lemon made it better for my family, but loved this recipe.

Made this while I had mono cause I wanted something light. It ended out being really filling though, and had to freeze a good portion of it (and yes it freezes well, so make extra for days you don't have time to cook. I followed the recipe exactly and it had far too much tarragon and lemon (and I LOVE lemon. Anyone that watches the show though knows that Claire says, "BYOC - Be Your Own Chef", so I simply added more broth. The flavors are fantastic together once you get the right blend for your taste buds. Definitely making more when I run out of what is in my freezer.

Pitch perfect. Refreshing broth. Great base to try tofu and/or vegies later. Even cleaning out the fridge, everything would taste good in this broth. I threw in whole sprigs of tarragon which really complemented the lemon. Nice to have something so simple be so satisfying.

This is a great recipe for a quick, easy soup! Added a little orzo, and was super !
