At least two of the recipes from this show ( Maple Bacon and scrambled eggs with asparagus were copied almost exactly from Ina Garten.

you're supposed to rate the recipe, not her. who cares what you think of the show. that's your opinion. she can say whatever she wants, she's the one getting paid, not you. if you don't like it, don't watch. Go turn on Martha or something. People kill me always talking bad about people. Honestly, I think you're jealous because she's probably prettier than you are and she's on food network. Not you. Get a life.

Delicious recipe but needed to cook bacon for about 30 minutes total and based on other reviews I sprayed the wire rack with some cooking spray to avoid any problems. I did not remember to line the cooking sheet with foil the pan is still soaking and I may have to use some oven cleaner to get the black baked on corrosion off of the baking sheet I will most certainly be using the foil lining next time and there will definitely be a next time because this recipe is going to be a regular on my brunch menu.

i don't care if she does say "It's amazing!" It IS amazing! I love the concept of her show and I like the simplicity of 5 ingredients or less. Wonderful! I am a veteran teacher who doesn't have much time for multi-step cooking, but, who wants to cook wonderful meals with her husband! We cook together! I am so glad that Food Network realized the need and desire for a show like this! You, go, girl! I'm a Paula Deen fan and I have just become one of yours! You are wonderful! For those of us who live busy lives and who need a few shortcuts to have delicious meals, girl, you have arrived and we've been waiting for you! Thank you so much.

My husband and I had this for breakfast this morning and turned out great. One thing I did was spray my rack with a cooking spray. Also when the baking was complete I put pepper on the bacon and then flipped it and put pepper on the other side, I let cool a few minutes then flipped it again. I had no problem with it sticking to rack. Also another option my husband and I are going to try is putting it on sausage and baking it in the oven instead of buying maple flavored sausage. We love the flavor of the maple sauce. I bet this would be good on ham as well. This is a good recipe to entertain with.

This is a great recipe. I often make Ina's maple bacon, but Claire's addition of a mustard adds a little kick.

I disagree with the negative critiques of the show. I enjoy the show and hope it's here to stay.

I agree that this show is annoying. She must have said "It's Amazing" one hundred times during this one episode. My husband and I started counting and finally quit. This one will not be permanent.

This recipe is really good. 2 things. First, take the bacon off the rack as soon as you pull it from the oven. Trust me. The "candy like" coating is like super glue on the rack. We ate our first batch in pieces the size of a dime! Still good though. Second, it took mine almost 40 minutes in my oven and it's a convection. Happy eating.

Easy to prepare; a delicious surprise for typical breakfast fare. The aroma will have the family at the table in a flash! Do need to be careful because the bacon can burn--especially at the ends.
