I just made these today. They are so EASY EASY to make and what a great healthy snack to whip up when you are time constrained! My son just loves them. I don't like banana chips, just think that they are just too bland for me. However, these I take with me to my EARLY college classes. Holds me over till I get home for breakfast.

I used regular, not natural peanut butter, and these came out really well. The regular stuff is more solid at room temp, so after a quick trip to the fridge for a few minutes, they were nice and firm. My kids and I loved them.

I made this recipe with my little boys, and it makes more than 3 dozen sandwiches. I would suggest using more peanut butter, or refrigerating the chocolate mix because I let it sit for 40 minutes and it still didn't thicken. I ended up keeping the extra sauce to put on ice cream. Otherwise, they taste great!

This is not an English Class. So please do not make fun of people's writing and grammar. Claire you rock and I love your recipes. I tried this one and wow..

THESE ARE SUPER! I used REESE'S creamy peanut butter because it makes these banana bites taste as good as a Reese's peanut butter cup! Loved the comment about the grammar too! LOL!!!

OK, I am dumb sometimes. I only had crunchy peanut butter and thought why not. It did not take long to figure that out. The little peanut pieces clogged the piping hole. What a mess! But they sure are good. I had unsweetened banana chips. These would be much sweeter with the sweetened chips. This was tedious work but well worth it. Can't wait to make again.
