    I loved this recipe. It was easy to make and super easy to eat. I couldn't stop eating it. I am making it again today to share. Very light and crisp.

    I have already made this bark twice, and it has not even lasted 24 hours in my house. This bark has a great flavor that is not too sweet (like meringues sometimes are, and but nicely complex. The combination of the almonds, expresso and chocolate is a perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or tea. I doubled the recipe the second time I made this, and it came out perfectly. This is a new favorite of mine.

    Such fun to make and so easy! Followed the recipe to a "T" and it came out perfect! Served as a dessert with coffee following the onion tart and mixed green salad from this episode for a girlfriend lunch and scored really big! Can't wait to make again. Thanks Claire! Keep these recipes coming!!

    This is quick (in terms of prep, so tasty, and very easy. The biggest problem -- my kids have discovered it and love it (will have to get decaf next time!!
