The first time I made these I did exactly as the recipe called except Input semi sweet chocolate chips and they were really good but only cooked them for 2hours, the second time I made them I used liquid egg whites, put the chips and made them much larger and cooked for only 1 1/2 hours and they were like melting pillows in your mouth. The liquid egg whites did a great job and no yolks wasted.

These turned out pretty good. I felt they were a bit sweet for my taste, so I will only add 3/4 cup of sugar next time and see how it tastes. Also, I made the cookies using a teaspoon like Claire recommended, and the cookies turned out really small. Therefore, they cooked a tad bit too long and had a bit of a burnt flavor (even though I cooked them for 1 and 1/2 hours only. Next time, I will use a tablespoon to make the cookies so that they are twice as big and then maybe they won't taste burnt. These do have the potential of being awesome. I loved the texture and the nuts! In my opinion, this is a really great recipe...I will just tweak it a bit next time.

I just made these today and they turned out great! They were a hit with my family. I thought it was going to be hard to make because I was scared I was going to mix it too much. Instead of using pecans I used almonds instead which turned out really good.

I tried to make meringue cookies before and couldn't get them to work. This recipe worked perfectly and got great taste reviews from everyone who tried them. Perfect for gluten-sensitive folks. Watch the video to be sure to have the technique right. She gives some good advice.

I don't know what I did wrong but these were hard and they were turning brown in the oven as they cooked. They were not good at all.

Love it! Low calorie, no fat cookies. I would recommend starting out your mixer on high speed; it did take me a few minutes longer to get the stiff peaks. Great recipe!

This recipe looked so easy on TV. But,I had to start from scratch twice! The timing of 3 minutes for stiff peaks were not correct. I literally had to beat for stiff peaks for 20 minutes! I made this for a family get together and they were a hit! I love how light and fluffy it was. I do recommend adding some kind of food coloring to it because they don't look so yummy. I am so addicted to eating them, I cannot stop! I was just a little disappointed in the timing that was instructed but overall...very good and easy recipe! Thanks, Claire!
