Didn't try it yet, What's grissini? I assume it's bread. Whenever I strain tomatoes I keep the juice to make bloody marys.

We had this for our vegetable tonight. Yum Yum Yum! We had never tasted heirloom tomatoes before -- they are delish! Next time I make these I'll just use the tomato juice, light olive oil and Stella D'ora bread sticks with sesema seeds because we don't want to cover up the taste of the tomatoes. (I'll use the other ingredients in plain old stuffed tomatoes. The stuffed heirloom may go to the family thanksgiving dinner as a salad, but we'll get smaller tomatoes because they are expensive.

I tried this recipe last night and not only was it easy to prepare but the flavor was incredible! I didn't have garlic infused olive oil on hand so I subsituted for olive oil with garlic powder and it worked just fine. I will be adding this recipe to my cookbook

I made this dish the first time for Dinner as an appetizer and my husband is usually a little uneasy with new dishes. This one was not just a home run it was a grand slam. It is flavorful and I love the freshness of it. Last but not least it makes a great presentation.

I made these for a girls' night recently and everyone just raved about them. The panzanella is great on its own or stuffed in the tomatoes. Next time I may put a drizzle of balsamic vinegar in the tomato shells before stuffing it with panzanella. I think that would add some great flavor.

We love tomatoes and this was fabulous. We had the tomatoes and grilled rib eye steaks- so delicious. Add a glass of red wine, oh yeah. There were 6 of us at the dinner party and everyone raved.

I made this last Saturday when it was really way to hot. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada so there are many more to come, but anyway this was very simple and easy to do and was a great way to start dinner off on a hot night. If you want to make this the dinner then add grilled chicken or steak to the filling and you are done.
