Wonderful recipe. I like it that you don't use sugar and that there are only couple of basic ingredients so there is no need to shop especially for that.
Thanks for sharing this recipe with us!

Very good! I think I will add some chocolate chips and walnuts to this, still only 5 ingredients, or better yet, make it the middle of 2 chocolate chip cookies for an Ice Cream Sandwich : I was pleasantly surprised by how good this actually is.

Delicious, easy, and healthy! This will fake out any husband who wants to eat full fat ice cream -- little will he know that he's getting a serving of fruit! Crunchy PB works fine too, try it with a few mini chocolate chips sprinkled on it or Nilla Wafers. Enjoy!

Amazing!! Wish I'd known about this when my kids were small. Added part of an extra dark chocolate bar, but the chocolate was "lost" in the banana flavor. I will add strawberries or raspberries next time for some contrast to the banana sweetness.

This is a great alternative to high fat ice cream. Made it exactly by the recipe and it was delicious! It was a little hard on my food processor so next time I'll let the bananas thaw slightly...maybe 10 minutes or so. It takes a little bit of time in the processor but the bananas do eventually become creamy. Next time I'll try nutella instead of peanut for something different. Great recipe!!

Are you kidding? I just had to try it and Claire.... boy did you deliver! My daughter loves it and my husband was a non-believer, until I made him try it. So good and good for you! Thank you!

Amazing!! What a great idea! We are sugar-fasting this month, and this was a perfect ''dessert''. Thanks, Claire!! (unsweeted cocoa powder is a nice addition

This recipe is so simple & yet so fantastic! We did not use peanut butter or honey, although that sounds tasty. As it was right after Thanksgiving, we added about 1/3 cup of pumpkin eggnog to the mixture & it was sinfully delicious. I am sure that many ingredients could be added according to your taste or the season. Hard to believe that it tasted just like high fat & high sugar ice cream. We will definitely make many more times.
