I enjoyed this tart very much. It was easy to make. My husband said it was okay, but he is not a big fan of goat cheese.

We found a Goat's cheese at Trader Joe's w/Honey.So Delicious cannot Believe the subtle change it gives.A perfect cheese for this Recipe.I prefer slivered Almonds in place of Pistachios.Only changes, other wise,Home Run Claire,Again!Green w/Envy Indeed! Have recipes ready to "hand out" for this Entire meal.

QUESTION: Has anyone found that after cutting the tart, it might not work as a 'cocktail' party because it was too flaky/messy? I am more tempted to use mini cupcake tins instead.
Any info out there?
Thanks!!

I have made this receipe twice and both times it has been wonderfully received by everyone. The first time I made it in small cupcake tins, then the second time as a one dish treat. The phyllo dough can be tricky but once you get the hang of it no problems. Using a pizza cutter for both ways made it a cinch to do.
