Absolutely amazing! We made a few tweaks because we don't particularly like the taste of maple syrup and the price of dried cherries were unreasonable. Instead, we used marionberry syrup with a couple tablespoons of orange clover honey and dried cranberries replaced the dried cherries. This snack is our new favorite!

Everyone in the house loved this trail mix. I can see why Claire stated she could not keep enough in the house. Especially for me on a metabolic diet this is perfect for my snack time.

I have made this numerous times because it is so simple to make and absolutely delicious! I used dried cherries and made according to recipe and it has turned out perfect each and everytime. Thank you Claire for another wonderfully delicious and easy recipe. I love it!

This is fabulous! My husband started eating it before I even put the cherries in! I am thinking about trying it on my yogurt in the morning.

Absolutely Fabulous!! I used parchment paper to line the pan & no probs with sticking. Smells heavenly while baking; could hardly keep the family away till it was done. Will make this all the time. Yes, the nuts & seeds should be raw & unsalted. BTW, I used regular size pumpkin seeds & they worked great. Thanks, Claire!!
