I made this for my son who is a very picky eater and he loved it. As a matter of fact the entire family loved it. My husband who is a steak and potato's kind of guy can't stop eating it. Great snack for the entire family.

Love this! Very easy and delish. I had to go to a specialty store to buy the seeds but it was worth the drive! This is going to work with me tomorrow and of course, leaving some at home.

Add a little cayenne pepper - of course to your taste - as sweet and heat are complimentary. As the ad sued to say "Good stuff Maynard!"

I went to my store that has a bulk section, so I bought just what I needed. The maple syrup was $9.69, so I decided to use the Agave Nectar I already had at home. I made this to take as a snack on a plane ride. Unfortunately I did not have any left over for the return flight, since my family finished eating it all once I got there. It was super yummy!

This is the second time I made this since it went so quickly the first time. The pumpkin seeds are so much better after roasting, and the touch of maple syrup is terrific. Also, I have a hard time getting my toddler to eat meat, but she loves this, a great vegetarian source of protein.

I made some of this trail mix last night and it is so so good! I didn't change the recipe at all. I have a little baggy of it on my desk and I've been snacking on it all day Is it bad if the whole batch only lasts 24 hours??? lol Excellent recipe!!
