How can you comment on a recipe that you have not tried? By doing that you bring down the rating of a recipe. If you don't want to make it then don't. Please do not try and influence what others won't try because of your negative review of a recipe you have not tried.
I made it and it was excellent. Very light. Not heavy like other short rib recipes.

I love this recipe!!! It is easy not too many groceries! I cooked root vegtables(roasted with it and it warmed my soul!!
So good and goes with any side!
(tv show says braised cabbage with it have not tried it but now that saw episode will try with this next time and rate that
