Amazing! Sent a poboy with this remoulade sauce in my husband's lunch. He sent me an E-mail to thank me & was bragging to his coworkers how good it was. This is a keeper! :

One Word...Delicious. I too made my own Aioli Sauce. I also added some honey to this mixture. We put this sauce on the sandwich and dipped it with the hushpuppies.

I loved this sauce my grocery store didn't sell Aioli so I made my own with garlic and mayo. I oven roasted the garlic in olive oil it was wonderful. This sauce was so good we put it on the fish and dipped vegetables in it. I think I could put this sauce in a cup and drink it through a straw.

This is a dumb question but I missed the show -- do you put the remoulade sauce on the catfish po-boy? It doesn't mention it in that recipe. What do you do with it? I used to live in New Orleans and really should know better . . .

    Delish!
Onn a side note.....Why would you give a bad rating, just because you don't know one of the indredients? I was born and raised in Georgia and I know know what Aioli is.

You did not say what part of Louisiana you are from. Surely it is not New Orleans if you have never heard of Aioli or made your own Remoulade Sauce.

I don't understand why people give bad ratings just because they don't know what an ingredient is. Especially when Claire explained on the show that it is garlic-infused mayo, and all you have to do is type "Aioli" in the search box on this site and you'll get over 200 recipes that come up.

I have not made this yet, But I do know that aioli is simply garlic flavored mayo. I will make even if just for the hush puppies. Sounds very good.
