I watched Claire make this the other day and made it for dinner tonight. What a beautiful salad this is!! The colors of this salad are amazing and the flavors of everything combined are wonderful, a mixture of sweet and mild with the beets and oranges and then you get the nutty flavors from the nuts and cheese. Great combination of flavor and textures! It was easy to prepare and a nice, healthy dinner. Just started watching Claire's show and looking forward to trying more of her recipes after having made this one!

This woman is quickly serging to the top of my food network list. Everything I have made from her show is outstanding. This is no exception. The comment to make sure to have every component on your fork is exactly right! Also, as in most simple dishes the success of the dish relys more on the ingrediants than the technique. i reccomend not changing a thing. This is easy, beautiful and impressive. An absolute joy to eat!

then this is the salad for you! Make sure that you have a piece of the beet, orange, hazelnut and cheese when you take a bite. The flavors work so well together. Next time, though, I am going to add more orange segments then the recipe called for.

Claire needs to stop running her fingers through her hair and then touching the food she is preparing. If her hair is getting in the way of her cooking, she should tie it back. Very unprofessional. She did it fives times this episode. Surprised the editors don't call her on it. Should not be tolerated.

My family loves beet.. what a great combo; beet, sliced orange, and cheese. Your method to cover them with oil before roasting them was great, made it easier to peel off the skin + keep the beets moist/oily and healthy, too!
Thanks again, we love it!
