Tasty. Would fix it again. Had a hard time finding the pomegranate molasses so I got online and found a recipe to make it (which took a 2 hours to cook down. Would make that the day before if I can't find it at a store.

Yes it does take longer than 20min to cook a chicken. If you want to quicken up the cooking, cut out the spine and split the breast bone sightly and roast it butterflied out. You will be cutting it up anyway at the end and this will allow you to more efficiently season both sides. Doing it this way will keep your cooking time under 1hr easy.

Wonderful Recipe! I only cooked a chicken breast and 20 minutes was the perfect time. The sauce was a little thin so I added corn starch and it turned out great. Will definitely cook this again. I went to my local organic food market and had no trouble finding pomegranate molasses.

The recipe for this needs to be re-written. 20 minutes to cook and entire chicken.... Nope I don't think so unless you want to kill your guests. I made this and it took about 2 hours the cook a 5-6 lbs chicken.
Otherwise, it tasted great and the guests did love it.

Found pomegranate molasses at Fresh Farms and at Garden Fresh International Market. Whole Foods is curretly out of it until their new distributor picks up the line.
