Up until now I would never eat tomatoes unless they were in a sauce. Not no more....I love these little gems! Being a garlic lover I did increase the amount of garlic...so tasty and so easy.

Yesterday was refrigerator check day -- use or throw away things. We had 3 cups of grape tomatoes and 4 cloves of leftover roasted garlic. We used the recipe's amount of kosher salt and olive oil, and added 2 tbsps water after 20 min. We sauted a little bit less than 8 ozs of crimini mushrooms in the microwave and mixed the tomatoes with the mushrooms. The garlic desolved, leaving behind it's yummy taste. We served this over Gemelli pasta. Yum! It looked pretty, too.

Absolutely delicious! Great as a side dish, but also good on top of a chicken breast, pasta or a baked potato. Yum. One of my husband's favorite dishes.

OMG did I ever love this! Perfect as is but I'm sure some of the other review comments' ideas would be delish too.

First... I only gave a '5' because I don't want to screw up the 'curve'.

Haven't tried it yet but I have 2, 9+ foot grape tomato plants, that are REALLY starting to produce!
I'm gonna try this one & Ina Garten's "Garlic and Herb Cherry/Grape Tomatoes". ".
I'm excited by both & WILL post my results! (I've gotta do something different with all these damned tomatoes!

Awesome recipe!. We made the tomatoes and then served them over four cheese ravioli. The creaminess of the filling made a perfect match for the tomatoes.

Yes, I enjoyed these very much. Soooo simple to make! That is one of the best parts. Then when you take them out of the oven, it smells so good! I bought a mixed medley cherry tomatoes with both red and yellow for color . .very tasty Miss Claire. I love 5 ingredient fix!

This recipe is delicious! I have one great suggestion..add fresh or dried thyme to the tomatoes before roasting! It's a great addition!
