I made this tonight, and I followed the recipe exactly as written. The roasted grape tomatoes were awesome, but the angel hair pasta was the absolute worst thing I'ver ever made. It was a pasty, clumpy, inedible mess. I'm going to try this recipe again using a thicker pasta and more chicken stock to see if I get a better outcome.

I didn't have angle hair on hand and I couldn't find smoked mozzarella, but it turned out great when I substituted thin spaghetti noodles and used smoked Gouda instead. I had to use a little more liquid then the recipe called for since I used different pasta, but it was amazing! Definitely I will make this again!
