Claire, I love 5 Ingredient Fix, but this recipe was very disappointing. I LOVE sweet potato "fries", especially if they are baked but these are extremely bitter. I think the orange juice's acid over powered the potatoes. Sorry Claire

Love love love sweet potatoe fries! These were wonderful, although I added a few more spices to add flavor! Delicious!

Love this recipe the way it is! But of course I always experiment and I like it even better when I add some blue cheese crumble the last couple minutes ... yummy! Thanks!

These were very yummy, but did not crisp up very well. I have made a few sweet potato fry recipes now and this one turned out the best by far!!

Weren'tcrispy, a little charred, but YUMMO! Will make again! I used orange juice inststead of fresh squeezed and just eyeballed it. It was hard to stop eating them!

not really a fan of these. the orange juice glaze scorched in the oven pretty quickly, and turned black on the fries. and the fries were not at all crispy. i guess they tasted okay, but i'd rather just make them with EVOO and cook them until they are crispy, they are better that way! wont make these again.

They weren't crispy like I was hoping for, but they still tasted great. I plan on making again.

Our much anticipated "fries" were soft, limp and charred.....with good flavor, nonetheless! The glaze is tasty, and I'll use it with other sweet potato concoctions. Meanwhile the search is still on.....

Loved it! Served it with a roasted pork loin over a bed of sweet potato fries and a salad. Very tasty!
