I always make sweet potato fries and wanted to try this for a change, they were delish!!! they only problem is some of the thinner fries charred a bit im assuming from the sugar in the oj but regardless, soooooo yummy. My 5 year old and husband inhaled the whole pan!!!!

The flavor is decent, but the fries came out soft and mushy. I tried to give them a little more time in the oven but the edges began to char. On the show she indicated that the thicker cut would shrink and puff out, but this didn't happen at all. I was disappointed in the outcome.

These were yummy! To cut the calories in half, I diced up butternut squash into frie cuts and cooked them exactly like this recipe calls for. Sweet potato or butternut squash, they both tasted the same. This tasted so good that I am off to the market right now to pick up more butternut squash. Yummmmy!

The flavor and texture were perfect for me. I like softer fries. If you want more crisp I suggest slicing them thin and use the broiler for last few mins of cooking. I could not stop eating these!

Flavor is amazing! But 450 heat seemed a little too much, the ends burned but the whole fry was still not crispy. Will be experimenting with heat settings and time.

Tasted great. Not crispy; had to bake at 375 degrees otherwise my smoke alarm goes off. I just baked them until tender and they were wonderful. I will make them again!

You can't go wrong with these sweet potato fries! What a delicious and healthy alternative to regular french fries. The cayenne gives them really nice flavor, too! They aren't crispy, but if that's what you want, just cook them longer. Very good!
