This was really good! They didn't come out crispy; i think you'd need to fry them for that, and I prefer my sweet potatoes a little soft. The cayenne added a bit of a kick; I didn't really taste the ginger but that could be on me. I had to cook them in the oven for a bit longer than 25mins, perhaps 30+. Made these with the steak included in the episode- it was fantastic!

Very good, but mine didn't come out very crispy. The flavors were wonderful, but I think they needed a bit more zing with more cayenne or ginger. I will definitely make these again because they are addictive! The entire menu is fabulous together! Try it!

Very tasty! I added a bit more ginger and cayenne than was suggested. The potatoes had a great little kick. Served it with stuffed flank steak and it was a great accompanyment. Thanks Claire!

These fries were okay. I thought I had ground ginger, but I didn't. And since I had already started making them, I thought I could use ground cinnamon. They weren't too bad though. They tasted better cold. And I think they taste better than just using salt and pepper.

Wonderful and so different from the everyday side dish. I am always looking for different things to do with veges and this was a big hit. Great flavor, super easy and delicious.

So delicious. However, they were not crispy, but that could have been my doing. Anyways, they were so delicious that I loved them soft just the same. And they were super easy to make.

I made these exactly per the recipe and they were delicious. Very addicting. I could've eaten the whole batch myself.
