This was a delicious recipe! I made this for my family the night I saw Claire make this. It was incredibly simple to make too.

Very good, but I cut the pepper amount in half. It would have been way too strong using the full amount.

This was so good. I also had to roast mine longer; about 20 minutes but I did use a center-cut pork loin as opposed to the tenderloin but it was still awesome. Juicy and tender. I thought the pepper might be a little too much but is was just right.

Not only was this recipe delicious but it made my kitchen smell amazing too! The pork was tender and juicy. I did have to roast my pork ~10 minutes longer than stated in the recipe. This was extremely easy to make and delicious. I will definitely be making it again.

Delicious! Will definitely be making this again. The only comment is that the bacon didn't get as crispy as I hoped, but overall it was a fantastic dish.

I made a big mistake adding too much garlic. It was inedible! I gave it 4 stars because it would have been great without so much garlic. I only made 1 tenderloin. It was overpowering. Next time I will only use 1 clove of garlic and 1 tsp of pepper. I also will omit the garlic on the bottom of the pan. It was very juicy and will definately make the changes next time.

This recipe is a winner. The two tablespoons pepper is not a mistake. I think people are probably using ground pepper from a can and not freshly grinding it in a spice grinder. The pepper gives it some bite and the pork is wonderfully moist.

Really good. Needed my oven for popovers so I made it on the grill. Seared one side then added the bacon & turned the flames down. Delicious with polenta, grilled asparagus & popovers. I also marinated it for 4-5 hours.
