Pork tenderloin is one of the few things I can cook and probably make too often... My husband was thrilled for me to make it a new way and it was so yum. Hurray for bacon!

I made this for dinner today and it was so simple and very good. I was undecided about covering the dish with foil. Thanks so much for this easy and delicious dish!

This was so good. It did take a little longer than 25-30 minutes. Next time I would microwave the bacon a little to give it a head start on browning before wrapping it on the pork (maybe 1 minute otherwise it was PERFECT. So moist and flavorful. The combination of rosemary, mustard and gralic was wonderful. Thanks Claire.

I made this tonight for dinner. Next time I will add more garlic as there's never too much garlic : and decrease the mustard however the mustard gave a nice taste. It did take longer then 25 minutes but may be my electric oven. Very tasty! Thanks, Claire!

I tried this recipe and the Cheesy Penne from the TV Show and was blown away by the flavor! The Pork was tender with a wonderful blend of background tastes that were subtle and complementary but not overpowering. I would recommend this to anyone to prepare for their in-laws or anyone!
