Really good. Needed my oven for popovers so I made it on the grill. Seared one side then added the bacon & turned the flames down. Delicious with polenta, grilled asparagus & popovers. I also marinated it for 4-5 hours.

I was very nervous to try this recipe as my family is not too fond of pork...until now! This recipe knocked their socks off! Full of flavor and so easy to make. As a stay at home mom of 2 little boys, this was so easy to get ready at nap time and pop in the oven to be ready in time for dinner. I did cook a larger tenderloin, 3.5 lbs. It took almost an hour to cook at 375. It came out moist and juicy and a definite winner with my family. I served it with the green beans from the same episode, baked yams and roasted tomatoes. It plated beautifully with all the bright colors; it will be a holiday meal in our home this year! Thanks for the great recipes, Claire!

We loved this recipe....so easy!! The only thing I changed was to decrease the black pepper a little and I used dried rosemary because that's all the store had. My very picky kids LOVED IT!!

This was very easy to prepare and turned out fantastic, my wife loved it. I was told it was very good but a bit to much pepper. I will try with less pepper next time. thank you

I thought it was very easy to prepare and cook. Very tasty. My only complaint is that 2 tablespoons of black pepper was too much. My mouth was on fire. I would suggest 1 tablespoon. I will be trying this recipe again.

I loved this, it was just delicious. My girlfriend thought it was a little too peppery, so next time I might cut the amount of pepper just a bit, but other than that, this was a hit!!

The best pork loin I have ever cooked not dried out as usual but very tender. The key is the bacon don't know why I have never thought about using it with this cut of meat. Poured maple syrup on top of the bacon before cooking instead of using maple bacon. It was a hit a my house with no leftovers. Thanks Claire, I will make again.

OMG....one of the best pork recipes I ever made. Will certainly be making this again. Bet it would make a great sandwich with the leftovers, if there are any. A little spicey with all the black pepper, but wouldn't cut the amount. Thanks, Claire.
