My husband brought home challah instead of brioche bread, and it worked just fine. My Thanksgiving guests loved it! I

I made this for Thanksgving and boy was it a hit. I made a double batch and it went so fast. My friends always bring tupperware when I cook and once I gave them the green light to take food home they left nothing. I've tried a lot of different stuffings over the years and really was never a fan for the most part but this is a keeper and will grace my table from now on

This recipe was awesome and easy! I changed it up a bit, used challah and added 1 clove garlic and one shallot to sausage/celery mixture. I used 2 whole eggs (beaten, 2 C chicken broth and 1 C unsweetened almond milk. Yes, cover first 20 min and uncover last 25 minutes.

The only change that I will make for next time will be less meat. We aren't big meat eaters and it was too much for us. I did add onion and made my own brioche

I made this yesterday and it was terrific. Used brioche from Whole Foods and also sauteed some sweet onion with the celery. It was really easy and tasted wonderful. I will make this again.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I used the full 4 cups of stock and it was just the right amount. I did use brioche, which really makes the dish, but for anyone counting calories beware. I could only find brioche rolls, and each roll was marked as having 400 calories and 25 grams of fat! I did also make it the day before, as she suggested on the show, and warmed it up just before our meal the next day. Delicious.

Best dressing ever! After some of the other reviewers comments, I decided to add onion and use 3c. of stock instead of 4. If you like "wet" dressing, then I'd recommend 4, but 3 was perfect for our liking. I couldn't find brioche anywhere, so I made some. Thanks Claire, it was amazing!

Yummy! Couldn't find Brioche in my grocery store, so ended up using Challah as a substitute. Also, my family is not a fan of celery, so replaced celery with caramelized onions. In the end, it was a amazing side dish to go with the turkey. Next year, I look for Brioche in a whole food market store, and make it my goal to make this stuffing with brioche!
