We eat Turkey, year around. We purchase Fresh,Never Frozen. However,I really enjoy the "Sides".Claire.this is exactly the Dressing Recipe we needed on hand.Have All Ingredients on a Regular basis.Brioche for Us is actually Challah.Always in the freezer ready for "proofing" overnight. This tastes so simple Delicious!Simple Is Best!Thank You for an Any Time "Thanksgiving Meal" stressfree w/recipes such as this just a bit over a few that allows the Individual Flavours to Shine through.

I made this last year for Thanksgiving for the family. Some of the extended family have "particular" tastes and this was a hit just the way it was written. I made my own brioche and it was spectacular. If you can't find it substitute the Hawaiian Sweet bread. I will be great! Quick and easy. I had to double the recipe to have left overs. It was even better the next day, so don't be afraid to make it a day ahead and reheat the big day. I hope it works for you too!

Plan on trying this recipe this year. Thank you for the tip of getting the brioche at Whole Foods!

This was/is delicious! I made this in addition to my traditional dressing and it was a hit! We are seriously considering dumping the traditional for this recipe. Note: none of the bakeries had brioche so I used a fresh bread from a good bakery and it was perfect. I look forward to making it with brioche soon.

I loved this recipe. I couldn't find brioche so I used ciabatta. Also I substitute a chicken and apple sausage for the pork sausage. The sweet flavor was great in the dish. It did get a little mushy but I like my stuffing like that so it worked fro me. I will make this one again for sure!

I know that you only use 5 ingredients, but this recipe SCREAMS for sweet onions.
The recipe is wonderful, although it was hard to find the Brioche. Great dish, add onions and more sage.

I looked all over for a loaf of brioche and no one sells it so I used Hawaiian Sweet Bread and I love this recipe. I add chopped yellow onion and a few knobs of butter. The fresh sage makes the dish.

Very delicious dish! I made this for my family thanksgiving, and it was my very first time making a dressing; my family loved it and gave me several compliments! I live in Columbus, OH and actually had a hard time finding brioche, but I finally found a bakery that speical made it for me. However, it was not in a "loaf" form as on Claire's show, so I mixed in maybe a cup of cubed sourdough bread as well.
Highly recommended!!
