I was a bit skeptical about using the Greek yogurt but these were really good!

Nice if you have leftover rotisserie chicken but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it again.

Cooking? Maybe not this dish but the chicken I made last night for this recipe was cooking. I added a handful of chopped pecans at the last minute, sort of guessed on the proportions because I didn't want to mess up the measuring cups and used non-fat Greek yogurt. I liked it as a wrap but will probably use the grainy bread I bought for Dad's sandwiches from last night. I liked the variety of textures and the sweet mixed with the salty. If you don't like the Greek yogurt, by all means, use whatever "glue" you choose. I think it would also be good with a light citrusy vinegairette. After a long day at work, this was exactly the dinner I needed.

When I made the roast chicken, I drained off the fat and added the rest of the marinade to this recipe, which cut the yogurt a bit. I also made lime cilantro quinoa to go with it instead of a tortilla, added some arugula and had it for lunch. Very good. Love Claire's recipes; they're easy, fast and at only 5 ingredients, inexpensive.

I thought this recipe was excellent. Abcsallie may think this is not a cooking show but the a beginning cook this is a great show. It gives you ideas on using products together that you may not have thought of putting together.

Greek Yogurt is a great substitute for many things and is low fat. Thank you Claire for the wonderful recipe

I added more grapes to the salad to help sweeten the greek yogurt more. I hadn't ever tried Greek yogurt but had heard it wasn't very good. The roasted chicken was excellent and being able to turn the leftovers into lunch for us was great. Will definately be making this again!

Finding a recipe that is low in fat and calories isn't so easy and this recipe was a great find! I was worried as plain greek yogurt I have tried in the past hasn't been so great. I used yoplaits nonfat greek. I added chopped walnuts also. Will definately make again!
