TAKES SOME TIME AND PATIENCE AND IS ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT WAY TO COOK EGGS. OF COURSE THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO LIKE THEM DRY AND THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT FOR THEM.
BUT, FOR THE REST OF US, IT IS A DISH TO BE SAVOURED AND THE ASPARAGUS IS A VERY NICE SIDE DISH,

COULDN'T RESIST ADDING THAT CANDIED BACON! WHAT A TREAT.

THANKS, CLAIRE, LOVE THE SHOW, LOVE HER ATTITUDE - A PLEASURE TO WATCH.

The eggs were creamy, and coupled with the asparagus....it was amazing. I love the way the asparagus tasted; they were soft yet still had a nice bite. The olive oil, salt, and pepper added enough seasoning without overpowering the flavor of the asparagus! Great recipe!

My husband and I love this recipe. He came up with the idea of cooking italian sausage crumbled and then putting it over the asparagus and then the eggs. It was really good. I cooked the sausage part way and then put it in the oven with the asparagus so the flavors would meld together.

The only time I had eggs this creamy was when I cooked them according to my Scottish girlfriend in a double boiler. She called it coddled eggs. I can understand the CODDLED concept because cooking them this slowly and for the length of time that you do really is coddling them. Haven't tried the grilled asparagus yet but I'm going to this week, what with asparagus being plentiful now (love asparagus.

I HATE asparagus, but my husband loves it. Paring it with the scrambled eggs got rid of the bitterness of the veggie and made it palatable to me. My husband loved the asparagus and was impressed with Claire's eggs. Will make this again.

Tip: Watch the start time for your eggs! I had a hard time figuring out when mine were done and had to overcook them a little to be sure.

Never thought about putting roasted asparagus with eggs but it is great. I now make this for dinner sometimes as well as breakfast. A protien and a veg and so easy and inexpensive when asparagus is in season. My husband loves it too.

I am 12 years old and I will rate this food. I made this for my family and it was the best, and the creamist, scrambled aggs I have ever had. My family loved it (even my Dad, who usually makes the eggs. The asparagus really complemented the creaminess of the eggs. I will definitely use this recipe again.

I never would have thought of this combination, but it is outstanding! This is by far the best way to cook asparagus, even if you don't scramble the eggs. And together it is amazing. The best part about this is that it takes about the same amount of time to scramble the eggs as it does for the asparagus to cook in the oven--it's perfectly timed. I made a half recipe and though the cooking times were shorter, they were still the same.

I really thought who canot scramble eggs but it was the second best eggs I have made with out some kind of cream and cheese. Lets face it some people can't do eggs. Anyone can scramble eggs but to make it really taste good,my co-workswent wow. I like 5 or less things I have to buy. I love RR but my kitchen isn't big enough for all the pots. I found a new show.
