This is what most of the cooking show's need, something that is easy to make and really good. I made it for my wife 9 year old and 3 year old they loved it. My wife said it was the best scrambled egg's she ever tasted. My daughter said she did'nt know she loved Asparagus and my 3 year old son ate it all, that means two tumbs up.

I have been scrambling eggs for sixty plus years and everyone considers me to be an exceptional cook, however, these were the best scrambled eggs we have ever tasted. The secret being very slow cooking and the addition of the milk.
I have always heard that adding milk or water makes weepy eggs but no so if they are stirred frequently and cooked slowly. Thanks for the lesson. No I can have eggs exactly as I like them. Just shows that no matter how much you think you know, there is always something to be learned.

People aren't born knowing how to make scrambled eggs, and a lot of them aren't taught how to cook when they're growing up. Also, there are a lot of people who do know how to cook scrambled eggs, but don't know how to do it well. How many times have you been served rubbery, overcooked scrambled eggs?

Yes, most of us know how to scramble eggs but Clair's technique is interesting and there are lots of people watching Food Network who want to learn the basics, and are not experienced cooks. Clair uses "Amazing " entirely too much but I like her show and will continue to watch it.

Who doesn't know how to make scrambled eggs, come on Food Network! Putting roasted asparagus on top of scrambled eggs is not creative enough to be worthy of air time. I will give this show another chance and hopefully the recipes will be worth making.
