Made this for a Thanksgiving side dish and it was a big hit! Easy to make and not too time consuming. I would definitely make it again.

Well, I was very excited about this recipe and made it for Thanksgiving. I must say that the recipe is a good one in that there are really no flaws in it. The smoked pepper and maple and bacon is a nice flavor, heck I love bacon. The main problem with this dish is its competition. I have made the same sweet potato dish year after year and I thought there might be a better dish out there. If there is, this is not it! I was worried about trying a new recipe so I made both only to have all of this recipe left. Again, this is a good recipe and it tastes great I just think its suited for going with something like pork chops or ribs.

I made this for Thanksgiving. My significant other usually doesn't like sweet potatoes & he LOVED it too. 5 stars! I did add a 2nd chipotle pepper & a little extra chipotle sauce ... plus an extra dash of maple syrup. I'll make this again.

I made this yesterday and it tasted as good as I anicipated. Every bite crunchy with a sweet (not overly tatse and a little heat. I posted it on my blog http://noblepig.com/2010/11/18/smokey-sweet-potato-souffle.aspx and will definitely make again! Thanks Claire!!

This is the BEST Sweet Potato anything! I'll never eat them another way again. This will make you love sweet potatoes even if you didn't before.

Great flavor but alittle dry, add a stick of butter and 1/2 cup whole milk.
